Pringle Bay, House Beaumont
Architecturally designed house right at the beach, overlooking the whole of False Bay.
The lounge/dining room area is spacious with DSTV (bring own decoder and smart-card). Inside fireplace. Large sliding doors on two sides of the lounge & dining room, opens up on a large wooden deck .The well equipped kitchen is part of the open plan, and has two fridge/freezers, a stove/oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. House is equipped for 10 people.
On the one side of the deck, in a sheltered corner, is the braai area. Have the most wonderful view of the white dunes, the greenery and then the blue ocean. The mountain on the right finishes off this lovely picture. This view can be enjoyed from the lounge, the dining room, the decks, the main bedroom and a perfect viewpoint in the pitch of the roof.

spiral staircase leads down to the other bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: double bed
Bedroom 2: 4 single beds
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed
Bathroom 1: shower, toilet & washbasin
Bathroom 2: bath, toilet & washbasin.
Main bedroom is upstairs next to the braai area with an en-suite bathroom/ shower/toilet & washbasin.
Sliding doors opens up on a private courtyard with its own braai. DSTV (Please bring own smart-card).
Sleeps 8 to10.
